We implement systematic risk assessments, the MOC (Management of Change) process for any process modifications, worker-participation safety proposal systems, and One-Team safety management that includes all partner companies. We expand investment in people by strengthening job, leadership, and EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) training, while fostering a culture of fair compensation, diversity, and inclusion. For local communities, we broaden our contribution through resource-circulation education, youth technical talent development, and environmental cleanup activities. At the raw material (scrap) procurement stage, we rigorously assess risks related to human rights, child labor, and conflict minerals to establish a responsible and ethical supply chain.
