4. Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information
In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled. The procedures and methods of destruction are as follows.
1. Destruction Procedures
Personal information entered by members for purposes such as registration is transferred to a separate database (or stored in a separate file cabinet if in paper form) after its purpose has been achieved.
It is then stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and relevant laws (refer to the “Retention and Use Period”) before being destroyed.
Personal information transferred to a separate database is not used for any purpose other than retention, unless otherwise required by law.
2. Destruction Methods
Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that render the records irrecoverable.
5. Provision of Personal Information
The Company does not provide users’ personal information to external parties as a general rule. However, exceptions apply in the following cases.
1. When the user has given prior consent
2. When required by law, or when a request is made by an investigative agency following legal procedures and methods for investigative purposes

To access or modify personal information, users may click “Edit Personal Information.” To withdraw consent or cancel membership, users may click “Delete Account” and complete the identity verification process.
Alternatively, users may contact the Personal Information Manager via written request or email, and appropriate measures will be taken without delay.
If a user requests correction of an error in their personal information, it will not be used or provided until the correction is complete.
If incorrect information has already been provided to a third party, the Company will notify the third party without delay so that corrections can be made.
Personal information deleted at the user’s request will be processed in accordance with the “Retention and Use Period” and will not be used for any other purpose.
